Refund and Return Policy
We believe in the quality of our products to the extent that, if you are not 100% contented with any product bought from our website, you can return the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase date.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item:
a) Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
b) Must be in the original packaging.
Also, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have gotten your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. That said; if your return is accepted, then it will be processed, and automatically, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days. Kindly note, we do not accept refunds on wholesale orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t gotten a refund yet, first confirm your bank account again. Then get in touch with your credit card firm, it may take some time/days before your refund is officially recorded. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced products may be refunded, regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, simply mail your product to your location address. Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Remember, we will at all times do our best to make sure both you and your pet are contented with your purchase.
